SK 200 Mini kit for fiberglass repairs

SK 200 is a complete mini kit for the reconstruction of missing parts of plastic and fiberglass products, composed of polyester resin, with its paste hardener, fiberglass fabric and a small glass for mixing.
Kit includes: polyester resin, liquid catalyst, fiberglass fabric and mixing glass. It is the do-it-yourself format that offers the experience and effectiveness of a professional product. With this kit you can repair minor damage by easily filling gaps in fiberglass, metal and plastic. In its small format, with only 200 gr. of resin, SK200 avoids costly waste of product, allowing even less experienced users to use it completely independently. SK200 perfectly reconstructs damaged fibreglass, bringing the treated surface back to its original strength.

- Viscosity: 550 ± 30 cP;
- Color: Light yellow.

STORAGE
Store the packages tightly closed and in a cool (temperature below 25°C) and ventilated place for a maximum of 12 months starting from the production date highlighted on the jar. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
APPLICATION
Prepare the surface to be treated by cleaning it from grease and salt.
Add its hardener to the resin, at a rate of 1 – 3%, and mix the two components well in the glass.
Apply the resin on the glass fabric, using a brush, avoiding the formation of air bubbles and soaking the fiber well; depending on the desired thickness of glass resin, apply multiple layers with the same technique.
Leave to dry.
Do not apply on damp surfaces.
