Veneziani Gummipaint antifouling

Antifouling characterised by an elastic matrix, suitable for inflatable rafts. Excellent antifouling power. Suitable for painting supports in neoprene, rubber-coated, PVC and Hapalon. Excellent flexibility and adhesion. It complies  with  the  IMO  (AFS/CONF/26) antifouling requirements and contains active substances according to the BPR Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 528/2012).

SURFACE PREPARATION
Degrease the surface to be treated with an appropriate solvent or detergent. Pressure wash using freshwater, in order to remove any trace of wax and grease. All the surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and free from any contaminant agents.  Sand down using abrasive paper n° P150-P180 and use a primer on all the surface. Before proceeding with the application of the products, blow with fresh and dry air, in order to remove any residual of sanding and dirt. Mix the antifouling for a few minutes, in order to guarantee its complete homogeneity. Reduce the raft’s pressure by 20%, before proceeding with the application of GUMMIPAINT A/F by brush or spray. 
By brush: apply by making horizontal strokes than the waterline , with a uniform and constant thickness, going over the coast no more than 3 times on the same point. For this type of application, dilute withThinner 6380 up to maximum of 5-10% in volume.  
By spray:  It is necessary to dilute with Thinner 6380 between 20-30% in volume, following the indication in the next page. Do not launch the hull before 24 hours from the last coat application.
