Boero Sentilak Topcoat For Bilges. 0,75 Lt. 051 Metallic Grey.

Glossy topcoat for bilges based on particular resins that confers good chemical resistance, in particular to penetration of humidity, oils, fuel and detergents. This odorless enamel can be applied directly on fibreglass, wood, steel and aluminium, upon preparation. Easy to apply, it has a good coverage power with an excellent levelling.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The product is applied directly on clean surfaces that have been degressed and, if necessary, sanded.  For bare wood: Polywood primer should be used on bare wood.
For new GPR, degrease with Sirio, sand and apply it.
For application on old one-component enamel, remove by scraping all materials with poor adhesion.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
To avoid the formation of condensation, the temperature of the surface should be at least 3 °C above dew point. During the application and curing the min. ambient temperature should be 10 °C, or higher than 30° C; substrate temperature must not be lower than 5° C since curing is reduced at lower temperatures. Application is not advisable when relative humidity exceeds 80%. The thermo-hygrometric survey should be carried out near the surface to be coated. It is important to be sure there is sufficient ventilation when the application takes place in closed area

SAFETY RULES
In order to protect personal health it is advisable to comply with the EU DPR 303 and 547 regulations. Avoid, for example any contact of the product with the skin and eyes. Use in well ventilated areas,in enclosed areas use aspirators, fans and air ventilators. Wear masks, goggles, gloves while applying the product.

NOTE
The applied product must not come in contact with water, chemical products or submitted to mechanical stress before the curing is completed. The wet film thickness is referred to an undiluted product. In case of dilution, this value increases.
