Boero Giano Mono-component Universal Epoxy Undercoat. 2,5 Lt. 001 White.

Single-component anti-rust and epoxy undercoat that allows the application of single-component alkyd and / or polyurethane enamels on new or aged two-component products. It can be applied directly on any type of support after appropriate preparation.

Application method:
Conventional: Pressure: 3,5 bar Nozzle: 1,7 mm – 1,9 mm Thinner: 703.000 (20 – 25%)
Thinner: 703.000 (5 – 10%)
Dry film thickness: Standard range of application 40 μ - 60 μ (Recommended 40 μ)
Wet film thickness: Standard range of application 100 μ - 143 μ (Recommended 100 μ)
Theoretical yield at the thickness indicated m2/litre. Application range at the thickness recommended 10
Recommended Primers: Delta 3000 – Delta UC HB – Noxy – Sintomar – Mistral fondo

SURFACE PREPARATION
On new or old two-component products: (DELTA 3000, DELTA UC HB)sand wtìith 240 grit sandpaper, before applying the product ensure that the surface is clean and dry.
On steel: roughen or disc sand
On Gel coat: sand and clean support.

CONDITIONS DURING APPLICATION
Ensure there is adequate ventilation when the paint is applied in confined spaces.
