Boero Epolight Win Two-Component High-Build Epoxy Filler. 0,75 Lt. 001 Light Green.

Ultra light, high build two-component Epoxy filler, mostly used when it is important to obtain high quality finishing, without increasing the weight of the vessel. Easy to apply in all climates (hot & cold), it gives a high thickness in one coat without the risk of sagging. It is solvent free, does not shrink and is easy to sand. Can be used on any surface.

Note:  The product is provided in two tins to be mixed entirely and carefully before use. If deemed necessary Epolight Win and Epomar can be mixed together creating an intermediate product improving the hardness of the complete cycle. Mix the two components separately before
mixing together.

SURFACE PREPARATION
After the sanding of Epoxy or Polyurethane primers, apply layers of filler until reaching the desired thickness. Sand between coats, blow with clean and dry compressed air. Cover with Epoxy or Polyurethane products. All filling work must be sanded before coverage to have a good adhesion.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
To avoid the formation of condensation, the temperature of the surface should be at least 3 °C above dew point. During the application and curing the min. ambient temperature should be 15 °C, or higher than 35° C; substrate temperature must not be lower than 10° C since curing is reduced at lower temperatures. Application is not advisable when relative humidity exceeds 80%. The thermo-hygrometric survey should be carried out near the surface to be coated. It is important to be sure there is sufficient ventilation when the application takes place in confined areas.

SAFETY RULES
In order to protect personal health it is advisable to comply with the EU DPR 303 and 547 regulations. Avoid, for example any contact of the product with the skin and eyes. Use in well ventilated areas,in enclosed areas use aspirators, fans and air ventilators. Wear masks, goggles, gloves while applying the product.

NOTE
STORAGE: Storage: Make sure that the material is always stored at a temperature between 5 °C and 35 °C. Do not expose to direct sunlight. The applied product must not come in contact with water, chemical products or submitted to mechanical stress before the curing is completed.
