Veneziani Polygoal two-component Undercoat White 153 2.5Lt

Polyacrilic bi-component undercoat with thickness for paint cycles with high performances. Good sandpaper quality, particularly suitable as undercoat for finishes. The height thickness allows to close the micro porosity of the existing cycle. Mainly applicable on bottoms of epoxy plasters before sandpaper. Applicable on fiberglass and gelcoat after accurate sandpapering and cleaning. Polygoal is an excellent foundation coat for polyutherane finishing, giving relevance to the brilliance.

Application and use
SURFACE PREPARATION
It is recommended to apply POLYGOAL on surfaces with already treated supports with well cross-linked products and seasoned. Sandpaper with abrasive paper grit 220-240. The support must be cleaned, dry and correctly prepared. Before performing the painting, verify that all surfaces must be perfectly dry, cleaned, free of oils, grease and other contaminants agents.

CONDITIONS DURING APPLICATION
In order to avoid the formation of condensation, the surface temperature should be at least 3° C above dew point. During the application and curing, the min. ambient temperature must not be lower than 15° C or higher than 30° C.; substrate temperature must not be lower than 10°C, since curing time is remarkably reduced at lower temperatures.
Application is not advisable when relative humidity exceeds 80%. The term-hygrometric survey should be carried out near the surface to be coated. Make sure there is enough ventilation when the application takes place in closed areas.
