Solvent-free structural epoxy product designed to build, protect and restore wood, fibreglass and many other surfaces. Resina 3+ is a technologically advanced product that has excellent penetration, flexibility and adhesion characteristics that make it indispensable for maintenance. Wood treated with Resina 3+ is made waterproof and reinforced while maintaining its flexibility and strength characteristics. With Resina 3+ you can obtain high-strength bonding, surface protections and waterproofing of the hull. Once catalysed, it can be mixed with its additives to obtain easy-to-apply and extremely strong fillers.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Before using with Resina 3+, the support must be dry and the moisture of the wood must not exceed 18%. All surfaces to be painted must be clean and free of contaminants. Sand down with P80-P120 paper. Before proceeding with the application of the products, blow with clean and dry air to remove any residue of sanding and dirt.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Mix the base and hardener in a ratio of 2:1 by volume or 70:30 by weight. The duration of the catalyzed mixture is 30 minutes at 20°C. Do not dilute. Use Thinner 6610 for cleaning tools. For the waterproofing cycle, apply 3-4 coats for a final thickness of 300-400 microns.
Note: In case a greasy surface coating between one coat and the next of RESINA 3+ is formed, wash with clean hot water. The drying time of the product depends on the temperature at which the application is performed. For the preparation of the filler, add to RESINA 3+ (already catalysed) the quantity of Microsfere needed to obtain the desired
viscosity. During the crosslinking process the epoxy resin develops heat due to the chemical reaction. The amount of developed heat depends on the mixed quantity of resin and the applied thickness. For large quantities, the temperatures reached can be such as to cause
burns, it is advisable to work with the maximum care, catalyzing a small quantity at a time and using low and wide containers to facilitate heat dispersion.
