Veneziani Unigloss Enamel Extra 282 Manta Grey 0.5lt

Mono-component alkyd urethane topcoat. High quality, excellent dilatation and it perfectly maintains brightness and colours. Suitable for internal and external use on pleasure boats and at home. Good flexibility and adhesion on a large variety of primers, undercoats and finishes. Do not apply on inorganic zinc primers or plates. Various colours are available. Not suitable for constant immersion.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Fiberglass: Degrease the surface to be treated with an adequate solvent or detergent. Pressure wash with fresh water and remove any trace of oil and grease. All surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and free of contaminants. Sandpaper with P180 – P220 abrasive paper and apply the primer on the treated surface. Before applying the required products, blow with clean and dry air to remove any sanding or dirt residual. Apply the primer with a first Adherpox or Gel Prime Coat, sandpaper with P280 – P320 abrasive paper. Clean and proceed with Unigloss application.

Wood: The moisture content of the wood must not exceed 18%. Thoroughly sandpaper with no. P80 - P120 paper. Before proceeding with the application, blow with clean and dry air to remove any sanding and dirt residual. Apply the primer with a first Adherpox coat, or with Gel Prime coat with a 30% dilution.
Apply a further coat with lower dilutions. Sandpaper with P280– P320 paper .Clean and then proceed with the Unigloss application.

Steel: Pressure wash with fresh water and remove any trace of oil and grease (wash with a specific solvent if necessary). All surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and free of contaminants. Perform a mechanical cleaning treatment of grade St 3. Apply the Primer with two Adherpox coats. Sandpaper with P280– P320 paper Clean and then proceed with the Unigloss application.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Before use, carefully mix the product until complete homogeneity is obtained. Its excellent dilatation allows to obtain perfectly mirrored and bright surfaces. Even for brush application. Two Unigloss coats are recommended for a satisfying result.
As regards roller or brush application, whenever necessary, dilute up to 5% by volume with Diluent 6470.
For spray application, dilute up to 15% by volume, always with the same thinner. Apply an homogeneous and completely wet thickness, with a series of crossed coats in order to guarantee a uniform coverage.
