ADHERGLASS PRIMER
ADHESION PRIMER FOR GRP
Adherglass is a primer which is based on synthetic polymers. It is a one-pack primer providing good adhesion and suitable for use on gel coats, GRP and epoxies such as Plastolite Pro and Aquastop. Adherglass is quick-drying and is used principally as a primer for antifouling on GRP or on new or stripped gel coats. The surface does not require sanding to guarantee good adhesion, but must be thoroughly degreased.

SURFACE PREPARATION
- New gel coats: degrease with Detersil and rinse with fresh water. If there are traces of mould-release wax, the gel coat should be lightly wet-sanded with 400 grade abrasive paper until the surface of the gel coat becomes dull.
- Old gel coats: the product should be applied directly to the stripped gel coat or to an Epoxy Primer.

APPLICATION
Thoroughly stir the content, making sure that no sediment is left on the bottom. The product is ready to use and does not need to be thinned. Adherglass is best applied with a brush. Apply a thin layer so that it appears almost transparent on the surface. If too thick a layer is applied the following layer of antifouling will not adhere well. When painting is finished, clean the brushes immediately with Thinner 6780.
